Yes, Telephonic/video guidance by experts is complimentary.
However, on-site–guidance support/installation is done by company-trained technicians only within Chennai at a nominal cost. This is available for East India Company online buyers, too.

What is covered under warranty?
Our Warranty period refers to ‘Service Warranty’ where a brand Service Technician will visit you free of cost.
Consumable spare parts are not included in this warranty and will be chargeable. Kindly note that any physical damage caused due to wrong installation or mishandling of the product is not covered under warranty.
How do I check the warranty period of my product?
The warranty period varies from product to product and can go up to 10 years.
The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice and not from the date of installation.
What is the typical response time for service calls & installation guidance requests?
Once a request is made, the EAST INDIA COMPANY or authorised service representative of the brand manufacturer will contact you within 48 hours.
Note: We work on all 365 days.
What do I require to avail of a product warranty?
The Warranty is only effective if proof of purchase (Original Sales Invoice) is provided with all warranty claims or requests.
Visit charges are applicable if proof of purchase is not presented during technician visits.
I have lost/misplaced my original sales invoice. How do I receive the required service?
Don’t worry! If you have provided your mobile number at the time of the invoice generation, you can recover the sales invoice later.
The Manufacturing company service technician will visit your site and do the necessary repairs/spare part replacement.
However, a nominal site-visit charge of Rs. 350 will be applicable. Also, spare part replacements will be chargeable and must be approved by the client before replacements can be made.
I found a product to be defective after it was delivered to me. How do I avail my warranty?
Our products undergo numerous quality control procedures that ensure they are delivered safely to our customers.
However, if a customer finds any defect in the product, the same should be reported before installation. We cannot provide free replacements or free repair claims post-installation.
