Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase from East India Company?

There are NO hidden charges when you purchase from East India Company. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Delivery charges may be extra depending on the volume and location.

What is Cash on Delivery?

We offer Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment options where we offer Spot Door Delivery services. Here, you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep without requiring you to make any advance payment.

What does delivery after Advance Payment mean?

Advance payment must be made when we do not have spot door delivery services. As usual, we will deliver the product(s) through courier/lorry transport services.

How do I pay by cheque? Or make an RTGS/NEFT transfer payment?

We accept payment through cheque for your purchase value. You can deposit the cheque in the drop box in either of the banks mentioned below.

We accept payments from credit cards (Master Card/Visa Card) issued in India and 21 other countries.

You may pay using your Credit/Debit card at the delivery point, as our delivery person will bring the swipe machine with him during the delivery.
